Experience:
- Candidate has five years’ experience of IT department management in international wholesale company;
- Experience in ERP projects’ management across Baltic countries;
- Good management skills (managed work of 7 – 10 specialists team);
- Constantly growing (from programmer’s position till IT Department Manager’s position in three years).
Language knowledge: Fluent Lithuanian, English, Russian and German
Personality: Calm, result oriented, couching leader.
Motivation: Candidate is ready to take a challenge to manage IT development team, IT department or big international projects management.
