20 employees are working in Fresenius Kabi Baltics. In the last years the company has established strong position of reliable partner in the hospitals across Baltic countries and surpassed 9M Euro in sales in the Baltics in 2020. Fresenius Kabi Baltics is expanding and currently we are searching for Commercial Operations Manager for Baltics.

Your scope of responsibility will be:
  • Full responsibility for the company core business – sales of the company products through public procurement;
  • To coordinate and manage all activities related to participation in the tenders within the Baltic region, covering all product categories;
  • To develop and nurture business/clinical networks;
  • Constant collaboration with wholesalers on the Baltic level;
  • Make data driven analysis and insights for developing long-term sales strategy;
  • Market competitive analysis and constant search for new opportunities.

Requirements

We are looking for a professional who would by doing all above and much more be motivated to drive the new challenge to a great success on a corporate and personal level. In this role your competence should consist of:
  • University degree in Life Sciences or Business Management/Economics;
  • Proven working experience in indirect procurement or sales management environments preferably in pharma or related industries;
  • Strong strategic vision and ability to see the bigger picture in order to capture business opportunities;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make insights and sound business decisions;
  • Market Intelligence (hospitals, pharmacies, competition): ability to leverage market information to drive change and more impactful results;
  • Great communication skills - ability to build and maintain effective relationships of trust and credibility with internal stakeholders, customers and distributors;
  • Excellent planning and implementation skills and the ability to make objective decisions and solve problems;
  • Ability to work autonomously and strong business acumen;
  • Good knowledge of English language.

We offer

4200 EUR (gross) plus additional bonuses and other benefits.
