Description

  • To establish and maintain all the necessary accounting routines.
  • Accounting tasks and processes – including dialogue/correspondence with relevant authorities.
  • Supplying the local Management and the regional management with timely and valid data and accounting reports and statements.
  • Report to Baltic level Finance manager and inform any Pan-Baltic or local critical issues to Baltic finance manager and Baltic CFO on a timely manner.
  • Daily accounting processes: assets management, funding and cash management, debt control and follow up, sensitive accounts handling, compass controls (Internal Controls), statistical reporting, cash flow plans and analysis, financial analysis.
  • Help to internal and external auditors.
  • Preparation of financial statements and annual reports.
  • VAT, employee and other taxes calculation, declaration and legal requirements.
  • Company legal requirements, documentation and communication with authorities (Business Register, Register of Economic Activities).

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (by degree or experience).
  • Several years of experience as a senior accountant (international company experience is a plus).
  • Good understanding of administrative and business processes.
  • Experienced user of tax portals required locally.
  • Thorough routine in using MS Office (especially excel).
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Knowledge of the Russian language – is a plus.
  • Self-driven, open minded, ambitious and well organized with a hands-on approach.
  • High sense of responsibility, capacity to organize time and plan actions effectively.
