You will work with experienced experts and leaders from various banking fields, in whose teams the contribution of each employee is significant, and suggestions and initiatives are welcome.


  • Coordinating the monitoring and assessment of capital and liquidity risks in collaboration with the team;
  • Leading the development and maintenance of documentation and processes related to risk reporting;
  • Overseeing the sourcing and reconciliation of data for risk reporting purposes;
  • Providing recommendations for setting risk limits and implementing risk mitigation processes;
  • Supporting or leading initiatives such as ICAAP and ILAAP, stress testing, and similar risk assessment processes;
  • Collaborating with the treasury department to identify and monitor emerging risks;
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely submission of regulatory and internal risk management reports.


  • University degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance or similar;
  • Proven experience in capital and/or market risk and liquidity risk area;
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail;
  • Analytical thinking, good knowledge of excel (nice to have Power query and/or SQL experience);
  • Experience working with large data sets;
  • Is familiar with and is willing to expand his knowledge of banking regulations;
  • High proficiency of written and spoken English.
