Our client, YIT Lietuva, a company specializing in sustainable urban development, has been operating in Lithuania since 1966. It is part of YIT Corporation, one of the largest construction services groups in Eastern Europe, with operations in nine countries. YIT Lietuva successfully engages in construction contracting, residential and commercial real estate development, as well as infrastructure and road construction.

YIT Lietuva is currently looking to expand its Vilnius team by inviting a Proposal Manager for infrastructure projects to join them.

Aprašymas

Prepare proposals for competitive tenders by analyzing technical documentation and gathering relevant information about upcoming construction projects.
Coordinate the proposal preparation team and manage the workflow.
Communicate with clients and designers to ensure all requirements are met.
Prepare inquiries for suppliers and subcontractors.
Participate in negotiations with clients.
Analyze, formulate, and present proposals.
Collaborate with the company's production staff to ensure alignment.

Reikalavimai

Higher education in Civil Engineering (focus on roads and bridges would be a big plus).
Strong computer skills (proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of MS Project is an advantage).
Solid understanding of cost estimation.
Experience in preparing technical documentation.
3-5 years of relevant work experience.
Negotiation skills.
Proficiency in English.
Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
