  • Actively participate in business strategy planning, development, forecasting and sales resources management;
  • Be responsible for the alignment of the regional sales goals and company's business strategy;
  • Implement the long-term regional sales strategy by creating sales plans and coordinating actions of the division;
  • Strive for company‘s financial goals by developing new business markets and expanding existing ones;
  • Ensure that sales targets are correctly distributed to all sales channels and employees;
  • Conduct direct negotiations with customers and get involved in the sales process;
  • Manage the division by upholding a culture of accountability, professional development, high results, and ethical behavior;
  • Effectively cooperate with planning, transport, and other divisions in order to achieve divisional objectives.


  • At least 3 years of successful sales and management experience, organizing and developing sales of logistics services in the European-Eastern direction;
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales;
  • Experience in budget planning;
  • Excellent English and Russian language knowledge (oral and written);
  • Ability to coordinate and control activities in order to achieve maximum results;
  • Ability to quickly make the most appropriate decisions in dynamic work environment;
  • Strong leadership and motivation;
  • Orientation to process improvements and quality;
  • Critical thinking and innovative approach to problem solving;
  • Ability to manage external and internal risks and operating business costs;
  • Strong public speaking and negotiation skills;
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
