Their warehouse and production facility in Poland is, with a combined capacity of almost 30.000m2, the most prominent and productive one in Europe. In their semi-automated printing facility and with almost 1.000 midocean team members they produce over 7 million prints per month over 13 different printing techniques. The agility of their infrastructure allows them to immediately upscale their production allowing them the capability of guaranteed 24-hour print service.

With midoceanyou can Make a Difference. And now you can do this as the new member of their growing team – we are looking for Area Manager for Baltics.


Provide information about the services, products, and image of midocean to current and potentially new customers. Through introducing midocean’s catalogues and services also achieve that the current and potentially new companies who exclusively deal with aftersales of promotional gifts purchase more and more often from MOB.

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintaining continuous relationships with customers and visiting them (creating plans of weekly/monthly visits).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of demands of the customers and the promotional gifts market.
  • Dealing with customers’ issues, complaints.
  • Creating customized quotations.
  • Seeking new, potential partners.
  • Creating and tracking reports of visits, entering them into the CRM system, informing customer service about necessary actions.
  • Realization of aims in the quarterly plan.
  • Keeping daily contact with the regional office if needed no matter is in the home office or visit trip.
  • Keeping customer service colleagues updated about all decisions or changes related to clients.
  • Keeping an eye on market processes proactively, also watch competitors and making reports about this.


  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in B2B sales/business development.
  • Fluency in English (read, write, speech).
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Ability to deal with complaints, conflicts.
  • Presentable appearance as required by the situation.
  • Mobility – to be able to travel (business trips in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia).
  • B category driving license and routine in driving.
  • Willingness to do individual activity under a business certificate.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Orientation to result.
