Our client, UAB “Nukas”, the official and sole representative of HiPP, a company producing high-quality products for babies in Lithuania, is currently looking for a marketing specialist to join their team in Vilnius.

JobOfferPage.Description

• Create and develop the marketing strategy of the company brands;

• Create and execute advertising campaigns on various channels, analyze their metrics and optimize the results;

• Develop a strategy for social networks (Facebook, Instagram) and analyze the results;

• Prepare and send newsletters;

• Administrate and improve website content (CMS: Typo-3, Verskis.lt);

• Cooperate with external company partners and implement of joint projects/advertising campaigns with them;

• Engage with external marketing agencies and freelancers as required to ensure on-time on-budget execution of agreed campaigns;

• Cooperate with colleagues from other departments, providing them with the necessary promotional material, ensuring it’s smooth and timely presentation.

JobOfferPage.Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional training and courses supported by certificates and practice;

• At least 3 years of experience in a performance marketing role, preferably in the related industry;

• Extensive experience in email marketing, social media and paid digital campaigns;

• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies;

• Excellent project management skills with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;

• Good English.
