We perform a professional assessment of candidates and company employees. By using interview, tests and various tasks we can assess personality traits, team work, stress, conflict management and other skills.
Depending on the specifics of the position we offer Tripod tests, assessment centers with practical assignments or tests to check individual skills (written English, technical thinking, attention to detail and etc.). Testing opportunities are discussed and the most suitable methodologies are selected individually in each case.
