Our client is a well-established and successful manufacturing company that utilizes state-of-the-art, globally recognized equipment and technologies, along with the highest quality raw materials. We are currently looking for a Head of Accounting to join their team!

JobOfferPage.Description

Organizing and overseeing the activities of the accounting department, assigning tasks, motivating, and developing the team;
Full management and execution of financial, tax, investment, asset, and cost accounting;
Reviewing and optimizing accounting processes, organizing internal and external audits;
Preparing financial reporting documents;
Ensuring the preparation and submission of tax and statistical reports;
Submitting reports and declarations to state institutions and company management;
Ensuring accurate payroll accounting;
Budget planning and management;
Managing and controlling accounts receivable and payable;
Advising the management team and providing proposals for innovative accounting solutions;
Performing other tasks related to accounting and company finances.

JobOfferPage.Requirements

University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or other relevant field;
At least 5 years of successful experience as a Chief Accountant/Accounting Manager or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing company;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian financial and tax regulations;
Strong understanding of accounting processes;
Excellent computer skills;
Proficiency in English;
Analytical thinking, attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility;
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
