We are currently looking for a Product Manager – Clinical Nutrition to join the Fresenius Kabi Baltics team. In this role, you will be responsible for market development, professional education, and the implementation of innovative solutions.

Description

Your Role in the Team:

Analyze the market and develop strategies to establish clinical nutrition solutions in hospitals.
Oversee the introduction of new products and their integration into treatment practices.
Collaborate with doctors, hospital administrations, and healthcare professional organizations.
Organize training sessions, conferences, and events to share the latest clinical nutrition insights.
Monitor market trends, align with company recommendations, and create implementation strategies for the Baltic region.
Participate in international projects and cooperate with clinical nutrition experts across Europe.

Requirements

What We Expect from You:

A university degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, or a related field).
At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector in product management or sales.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with healthcare professionals, conduct training, and deliver impactful presentations.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to specialists and colleagues.
Fluency in English, as the role involves international projects and collaboration with colleagues from different countries.
A proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently implement solutions to achieve set goals.
